Our practice days are now held every:

Monday Evening 8.00pm to 10pm.

This is for learners and experienced pipers to progress onto new tunes on the practice chanter. Pipes are NOT played on this evening.

Wednesday evening 7.30pm to 10.00pm .

7.30 - 9.00 The pipers occupy the main room to practice on the pipes. New tunes etc are played on the pipes and this also gives advanced learners a chance to practice there skills.

The drummers are situated next door. New drummers learn the rudiments of the side drums and advanced learners get a chance to practice sets together.

9.00 - 10.00 The whole band gets together in the main room. Here we practice new and old marching routines along with any new tunes. It also gives the advanced learners a chance to march whilst playing.

Sunday Morning 10.00am to 12.00pm.

This is for basic learners to learn how to play the bagpipes on the practice chanter and also for advanced learners and experienced pipers to progress onto new tunes with the full set of pipes.
